User Instructions

1. Plug in the USB cable to charge.
   While charging, the red indicator light stays on. The light turns off when fully charged.

2. Power Button Function:

   • When off, press once to power on and activate speed level 1 (indicator stays on).

   • Press again for level 2, again for level 3, and one more time to turn off.

   • Cycles through levels 1 → 2 → 3 → Off.

3. Built-in PCB protection against overcharge, overcurrent, and over-discharge.

4. Low Battery Protection:

   • When battery is low, the indicator dims and the fan shuts down automatically.

   • In low power state, the fan will not operate until recharged via USB.
